Bu sayfa, Gül Bahçesi mobil uygulamasının hangi verileri sunucuya gönderdiğini, neyi telefonda bıraktığını ve verilerini nasıl silebileceğini anlatır. Sorun olursa aiengineersupport0@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.
Telefonundan hiç çıkmayanlar
- Konum. Namaz vakitleri telefonda hesaplanır; konumun sunucuya gönderilmez.
- Özel gün (regl) bilgisi. Sunucuda bu bilgi için bir alan bile yoktur; gönderilmeye çalışılsa sunucu isteği reddeder.
Sunucuya gönderilen veriler
Hesap
- Cihaz kimliğinin özeti (SHA-256). Kimliğin kendisi saklanmaz. Android’de bu, uygulamaya özel Android kimliğidir; iOS’ta uygulamanın ürettiği rastgele bir kimliktir. Giriş yapmadan da uygulamayı kullanabilmen içindir.
- Davet kodun, görünen adın (yazarsan), dil tercihin, “Namaza çağır” ve bahçe paylaşım tercihlerin, telefonun türü (Android/iOS), uygulama sürümü, son açılış zamanı.
- Oturum bilgisi: oturum yenileme anahtarının özeti, uygulamanın kendini tanıttığı satır (user-agent) ve oturumun bitiş tarihi (en çok 30 gün).
Google ile giriş yaparsan
- Google hesap kimliğin, adın (hesap ilk açılırken görünen ad olarak kullanılır), e-posta adresin ve Google’ın onu doğrulayıp doğrulamadığı. E-posta her girişte güncellenir.
- E-posta adresini yalnızca sen görürsün; arkadaşlarına ya da başka kullanıcılara gösterilmez.
- Arkadaş ekleyebilmek için giriş yapmak gerekir. Uygulamanın geri kalanı girişsiz de çalışır.
- Apple ile giriş açıldığında Apple hesap kimliğin (ve Apple adını paylaşırsan görünen ad olarak adın) saklanır.
Bahçe yedeği (yalnız sana özel)
- Telefonun değişse ya da sıfırlansa da kaybolmasın diye bahçe günlerin sunucuda özel yedek olarak saklanır. Bir günün kaydı: beş vaktin her biri için “vaktinde”, “kaza”, “kılınamadı” ya da “işaretsiz” bilgisi ve işaretleme anı; zikir rutinlerin ve sayısı; Kur’an okundu mu ve günlük sayfa hedefi; oruç, kaza orucu, nafile namazlar, günün hadisi okundu mu.
- Kılınamayan vakitler (kaza borcun) bu yedekte yalnızca senin içindir; hiçbir arkadaşına, hiçbir zaman gösterilmez.
Arkadaşlar (isteğe bağlı)
- Arkadaş listen, engellediklerin ve arkadaşlık tarihleri.
- Bahçen varsayılan olarak özeldir. Paylaşmayı açarsan arkadaşların yalnızca açan gülleri görür: hangi vakitlerin kılındığı (vaktinde ya da kaza) ve o gün zikir, Kur’an, oruç yapılıp yapılmadığı. Kılınamayan vakitler, sayılar, saatler ve kaza borcu gösterilmez. Paylaşımı kapattığında arkadaşların bahçeni göremez; yedeğin silinmez.
- “Namaza çağır”: kimin kimi, hangi gün, hangi vakit için çağırdığı.
- Birlikte zikir: halkanın adı, zikri, hedefi, katılımcılar ve her kişinin sayısı (yalnız o halkadakiler görür), tamamlanınca bahçene düşen dostluk gülü. Canlı zikir odasında kimin o an odada olduğu yalnızca sunucunun belleğinde tutulur, kaydedilmez.
- Sıralama, puan ya da karşılaştırma yoktur.
Bildirimler
- Bildirim kutun: bildirimin türü, gönderen kişi ve ilgili kayıt. Bildirim metni sunucuda tutulmaz; telefonunda kurulur.
- Anlık bildirim için telefonunun Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) anahtarı saklanır. Bildirim Google’ın bu hizmeti üzerinden iletilir; iletiye bildirimin türü, gönderenin görünen adı ve ilgili kaydın kimliği eklenir.
Destek satın almaları
- Mağaza (Google Play / App Store), ürün, mağazanın verdiği satın alma anahtarı ve durumu. Ödeme ve kart bilgilerini mağaza işler; biz göremeyiz.
Teknik
- Bağlanırken IP adresin, ağın doğası gereği sunucuya ulaşır. Uygulama onu veritabanına yazmaz; yalnızca aşırı istekleri sınırlamak için kısa süre bellekte tutar.
- Sunucu kayıtlarında (log) hesap kimliği ve yapılan işlemin türü yer alabilir. E-posta, anahtarlar ve kişi başı zikir sayıları kayıtlara yazılmaz.
- Uygulamada analiz/izleme aracı yoktur.
Üçüncü taraflar
- Verilerin satılmaz, kiralanmaz, reklam profili çıkarmak için kullanılmaz.
- Google: Google ile giriş ve Firebase Cloud Messaging (bildirim iletimi).
- Google Play / App Store: destek satın almaları.
- Reklam: Şu an uygulamada reklam gösterilmiyor. Reklam gösterildiğinde yalnızca sessiz banner olacak ve Google AdMob kullanılacak; AdMob, Google’ın kendi politikasına göre cihaz reklam kimliği gibi verileri işleyebilir. O zaman bu sayfa güncellenir ve gerekli yerlerde izin istenir.
Saklama ve silme
- Veriler hesabın durdukça saklanır.
- Hesabını uygulamadan silebilirsin: hesabın ve yukarıdaki bütün verilerin (e-posta ve bahçe yedeği dahil) aynı anda, kalıcı olarak silinir. Arkadaşının bahçesinde ortak dostluk gülü kalır ama üzerinden senin kimliğin kaldırılır. Adımlar: /hesap-sil
- Hesabını silmeden yalnız bahçe yedeğinin silinmesini istersen bize yazabilirsin.
Güvenlik
Uygulama ile sunucu arasındaki bağlantı HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Cihaz kimliği ve oturum yenileme anahtarı açık hâlde değil, özet olarak saklanır.

Privacy policy

This page explains what the Gül Bahçesi mobile app sends to its server, what stays on your phone, and how to delete your data. Contact: aiengineersupport0@gmail.com.
Never leaves your phone
- Location. Prayer times are calculated on the phone; your location is not sent.
- Menstrual (special days) data. The server has no field for it and rejects requests that try to send it.
Data sent to the server
Account
- A SHA-256 hash of your device identifier (on Android the app-specific Android ID, on iOS a random ID generated by the app); the identifier itself is not stored. This lets you use the app without signing in.
- Your invite code, display name (if you set one), language, “call to prayer” and garden-sharing preferences, platform (Android/iOS), app version, last opened time.
- Session data: a hash of the refresh key, the app’s user-agent string and the session expiry (at most 30 days).
If you sign in with Google
- Your Google account ID, your name (used as the initial display name), your email address and whether Google has verified it. The email is refreshed on each sign-in.
- Your email is visible only to you; it is never shown to friends or other users.
- Signing in is required to add friends; the rest of the app works without it.
- When Apple sign-in becomes available, your Apple account ID (and, if Apple shares it, your name as display name) will be stored.
Garden backup (private to you)
- So that your garden is not lost if you change or reset your phone, your daily records are stored as a private backup: for each of the five prayers whether it was prayed on time, made up (qada), missed or unmarked, and when it was marked; your dhikr routines and count; Qur’an reading and daily page goal; fasting, make-up fasting, voluntary prayers and whether the daily hadith was read.
- Missed prayers (your qada debt) are in this backup for you only; they are never shown to any friend.
Friends (optional)
- Your friend list, people you blocked and when you became friends.
- Your garden is private by default. If you turn on sharing, friends see only the blooming roses: which prayers were prayed (on time or made up) and whether dhikr, Qur’an or fasting was done that day. Missed prayers, counts, times and qada debt are never shown. Turning sharing off hides your garden from friends; your backup is kept.
- “Call to prayer”: who called whom, for which day and prayer.
- Shared dhikr: circle name, dhikr, target, participants and each person’s count (visible only to that circle), and the friendship rose added on completion. Who is currently in a live dhikr room is kept only in server memory and not stored.
- There are no rankings, scores or comparisons.
Notifications
- Your notification inbox: type, sender and related record. Notification text is not stored on the server; it is built on your phone.
- For push notifications your phone’s Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) token is stored. Notifications are delivered through this Google service and carry the notification type, the sender’s display name and the related record’s ID.
Support purchases
- Store (Google Play / App Store), product, the store’s purchase token and its status. Payment and card details are handled by the store; we cannot see them.
Technical
- Your IP address reaches the server as part of any network connection. The app does not store it in its database; it is kept briefly in memory only to limit excessive requests.
- Server logs may contain your account ID and the type of action. Email, keys and per-person dhikr counts are not logged.
- The app contains no analytics or tracking tools.
Third parties
- Your data is not sold, rented or used to build advertising profiles.
- Google: Google sign-in and Firebase Cloud Messaging (notification delivery).
- Google Play / App Store: support purchases.
- Ads: the app currently shows no ads. When ads are shown, they will be quiet banners served by Google AdMob, which may process data such as the device advertising ID under Google’s own policy. This page will be updated and consent requested where required.
Retention and deletion
- Data is kept while your account exists.
- You can delete your account in the app: your account and all data above (including email and garden backup) are deleted immediately and permanently. A shared friendship rose remains in your friend’s garden with your identity removed. Steps: /hesap-sil
- To delete only your garden backup without deleting your account, email us.
Security
Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS. The device identifier and session refresh key are stored as hashes, not in plain form.
